Dementia Support
Companionship focused on Cognitive and Intellectual Stimulation & Emotional Uplifting
We provide one-to-one, Person-centred Care and home visits that blend creativity, thoughtful conversations, and gentle support for daily living. Home visits integrate sensory and cognitive activities, therapeutic art, and mindfulness to encourage focus, confidence, and calm. Our carefully planned supported outings extend these experiences beyond the home through nature, cafés, or cultural spaces, promoting curiosity, movement, and social interaction. Together, these practices nurture emotional wellbeing, stimulate memory, and bring lasting moments of comfort and joy.
