For Individuals

Wellbeing Support And Companionship

One-to-one home support for older adults and individuals who need practical and emotional help, delivered through consistent, attentive companionship. Support goes beyond task-led care, focusing on reducing overwhelm through meaningful conversation and gentle creative engagement, including arts and DIY projects, with the overall aim of supporting cognitive stimulation and light physical movement. Regular outings to familiar and meaningful places help inspire imagination and encourage community connection. This approach supports emotional wellbeing, routine, a sense of purpose, and dignity, particularly for people living with dementia or experiencing loneliness.

For Care Homes

Group Creative Collaboration

An add-on creative wellbeing service for residents in care homes, delivered through structured group sessions that sit alongside existing care and activity provision. Sessions centre on collaborative activities such as arts and crafts, using verbal and visual communication to encourage cognitive stimulation, light motor skills, and gentle movement within a calm, supportive group setting. Activities are designed to reduce agitation, ease overwhelm, and support emotional regulation, while creating shared moments of connection. Sessions are inclusive and welcoming, with visiting families and children encouraged to join, supporting intergenerational engagement and a sense of community within the home. This service complements day-to-day care by offering residents purposeful, engaging activity, while allowing care staff flexibility to focus on other aspects of support as needed.
